Wine and Dine: Spiked Cider Recipe

2 Cinnamon Sticks
1 teaspoon whole Cloves
1 tablespoon Orange Zest
1/2 inch grated Ginger
1/4 cup Spiced Rum
1/2 gal Apple Cider
1 tablespoon Orange juice

1. Place all of the ingredients except the rum in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
2. Let simmer on low for 10 minutes.
3. Remove from heat and drain in a fine mesh colander so only the liquid is reserved.
4. Stir in rum. Serve warm.
5. Add extra cinnamon sticks as garnish if desired.
6. Do your happy dance. Cheers!
